Who We Are
Zen House is supported by a small team with backgrounds in mindfulness, movement, and child-centered care. The company was founded by Zella, a wellness-trained mother with experience in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for children, shaping a calm and thoughtful approach to family support.
Based near Folly Beach, we work with families who value care that feels steady, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
